Also at the clubhouse is a playground, tennis and pickball courts, and shuffle board. There are two pools within walking distance and a heated outdoor pool. Within Shipyard there this an 18 hole golf course and bike trails throughout.

Right down the road, or a quick bike ride is Coligny Plaza, where you will find great shopping and dining. We love to stop for a coffee at Watushi and check out Spartina or the tshirt shops!
