View was amazing! Hope to return soon! Grandkids loved the water slides. Cobalt happy hour is fun, love live music and being able to walk there makes it better.

The condo was spacious and very clean. Check-in/out directions were straight forward and very easy. The kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything you need and the property was beautiful.

This is our 3rd year in a row booking with Allison at the Caribe! Such an amazing host and we have stayed in 3 of her properties: D501, CPH09, and most recently CPH08. All have been great locations, very clean, nicely decorated, great amenities, and very comfortable for our family. Allison is an amazing host. Great response times, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely book with her again! The Caribe is also a great location! The building has been going thru several renovations, but they are paying off! There is always something to do - several pools and hot tubs to choose from, kids loved the lazy river and adults loved the new bar ;)Also, here are some locations that have become our favorites:- Cobalt- The Gulf- The Hangout- LuLu's- Jeffrey Friend Trail / Lagoon- Buzzcats Coffee- Daisy Donuts- The Southern Grind CoffeeHope this helps!

Beautiful place, large rooms and living room. Beautiful view from deck! Kids loved the pools. Easy ride to the marina and beach with the free shuttle. Wished we stayed longer! It takes a minute to learn where everything is but she provided a map in the penthouse. Allison was super helpful say to get in touch with a responded right away.

Our family loved staying here! From the amount of space, to the gorgeous views, we were all comfortable spending our holiday in this condo.Our teens loved fishing off the docks, our youngest had fun in the pools, and we all enjoyed exploring the area. We would love to come back when it’s a bit warmer weather, as the outdoor pools were chilly when cold outside. But, we had plenty of fun inside and bundled-up to spend time on the gorgeous white sandy beach.Allison was flexible and easy to work with. She communicated well and in a positive way.We will definitely consider another vacation at this condo.

Great stay with mother and daughter after Xmas. Wonderful view, porch furniture was the best bonus eating breakfast and having coffee every morning with a great view. Great host, great communication. Can’t wait to come back

This condo was absolutely beautiful and fully stocked. The host was so sweet and helpful. The convenience of the space, view & modernized home was great. Everything was clean, nice and unkept very well. I truly have no complaints on this unit. I had two little ones: 3 & 10 and they had a great time. I love that the property has a water park feel without having to go off property. Everything you can imagine for a family vacation was here. Also, having the rooms separated gave a feeling of more privacy from an adult vs kids perspective.

We are a family of 7, wanting a little getaway before school starts. The place was in a perfect location. Lots of great amenities, but most of all the kids enjoyed swimming in the pools. Condo was clean with plenty of space, also great view of the bay and ocean. We will be back someday! The Gronefelds

Let me start out by saying the view was breathtaking. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was breathtaking. The manager was so kind and accommodating even offered us an extended stay due to an extra day being available. Will definitely be placing this room on my favorites list to stay again.

My wife, kids and I love the condo. It was spacious for all 6 of us. There is plenty to do at the resort. So you should not feel the need to leave. This condo has great views and being on the top was quiet for everyone to get plenty of rest. The trolleys were great to get to the beach. The parking is tight and low so if you’re in a larger vehicle it might be tricky parking but not a big deal when staying at such an amazing place. The host was incredible answering our questions quickly. And she even gave us a later check out which was super helpful for us to get all our little kids packed and out of there!.
