Stayed Aug 23, 2025Rooms were what we had expected. The updated kitchen was great. We didn't have access to the pool for 2 days as the realtor (century 21) did not have the correct code. The view was amazing and felt like you were truly on the beach!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is very nice and good location. Pool is wonderful. But the apartment is poorly maintained. The cooking equipment (pots and pans) needs updating. Frying pans are in poor condition. Beds need to be replaced. Carpets need cleaning. Bedroom furniture needs repairs. One of the bathrooms had substantial water on the floor when we arrived. Had to call management to get password for the pool gate.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location and the view with the rental which is why we go back every year. However, the carpets this year were filthy. They need to be cleaned or removed. We had to wear socks or our feet were constantly dirty. The unit also needs to be better stocked with mugs and glasses to accommodate the 6 people it is able to sleep.

Stayed May 26, 2024Empty beaches, good weather.. outweighed all the negatives.. shower in the master was a mystery.. kinda worked/kinda didn't. No sheets or pillowcases didn't know those were not included. No wi fi available. New non slip flooring outside the door was anything but as the hallway was flooded upon arrival. No hot water. Had to turn on the nozzle. Probably the first renters of the season I guess but it didnt look like anyone had been there for awhile.
