Stayed Mar 1, 2026The condo has everything you need and it felt like home when we first walked in door. We love the Golf Gate area and would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks Joe & Tracy, we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Jan 10, 2026Positive comments: Clean and well maintained, well equipped kitchen, nice neighborhood for walking, close to main thoroughfares in Sarasota, just a few steps from the pool which was heated, 1/2 block from public library, close to Publix and other shopping. Tracey and Joe responded immediately to any questions or concerns.Wish list: a community gas grill. There was a charcoal grill but we didn’t want to be responsible for disposing of the ashes.
