Stayed Jul 25, 2025Check in was insane resort workers we absolutely the rudest people I have ever dealt with, no where did it show that we would have to park on a parking garage!!!!!! I drive a big diesel truck which doesn’t make short turns not to mention it barely fit under concrete!!! Cindi was disgustingly nasty, internet was terrible which made the tv not work as it should! Very few towels, hair on our sheets and on shower curtain!!! The worst excuse for a resort ever!! Our family wanted to turn around and leave just absolutely terrible

Stayed Apr 12, 2025The condo was awesome and had everything we needed. The view when walking from the bedroom to living room was gorgeous and never got old no matter how often I saw it. The location was great and within walking distance to everything we needed. Communication was good and all the expectations were clearly stated. Hope to be able to visit again in the future.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Pros: great view of beach and pool, low enough to take the stairs down when elevators are busy Cons: ice maker was broken, condo provides only the bare minimum (one bath towel per guest, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom), plenty of dishes but exactly 3 dishwasher detergent pods. There is something plugged into the only bedroom (I assume the door lock system) which blinks like a strobe light at night. Would not stay again, mainly because the resort itself is too crowded.

Stayed Mar 28, 2024Overall we had a great trip! When we arrived the code was incorrect and it took some time to get in. I would also suggest providing two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels.

Stayed Apr 4, 2024Overall a good resort and room. Security was tight due to spring break while we were there but didn’t affect our stay. Wish the bunkbed room had been closed off since we have three small children. Just has a curtain. Code was wrong when we got there for door but property manager responded quickly to get us in.
