The condo listing was accurate. We were there when it rained and it was nice to sit on the balcony and see the river. The master bedroom bed was the best and most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. We have a sleep number at home and this far outranked it. The best sleep we've ever had. The place could use a fresh coat of paint in some areas but otherwise it was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Loved the river running behind the property. On last morning we saw a bald eagle. Very quiet & peaceful! Will stay here again if we come back!

Nice condo well stocked beds comfortable only down fall was all the goose scat all over the parking area was hard not to step in it there was soo much

Excellent apartment, excellent View and location. Very clean. It is a 5 start. I will recomend a garbage can on main bathroom. And the sink on main bathroom was draining too slowly.

Reviewer Comments: Nice decor and large dining table, close to Dollywood and Stampede (you do hear the Dollywood train at night and stampede fireworks), balcony overlooked creek with lots of ducks which grandchild loved! Beds very UNCOMFORTABLE (clear plastic bug protection on box springs torn several places). Suspicious bug bite back of my leg :( Worn couches had no firm cushion. I would not book this rental again.

Thanks you for a wonderful stay. The property was excellent and met all our needs. We loved the proximity to attractions. There were 6 of us and found the unit was roomy. Note; we used the sleeper sofa and, while there was linens, there were no pillow cases. Also, this morning the hot water made a strange noise when turned on.

Good location

I’m so glad we chose to stay here for our weekend getaway to the mountains! Everything was so clean and the room was very cozy! The check-in and check-out procedures were extremely simple, which was very much appreciated! I hope we are able to stay here again next time.
