Stayed Aug 1, 2024Our stay at the lovely One Belmont was so enjoyable! The pool, beach, on site restaurant, pickleball…everything was only a few steps from our condo! The W Harwich location is central to numerous restaurants! A wonderful rental!!

Stayed Sep 1, 2022It was unfortunate that the restaurant on site closed after Labor Day. We stayed the month of September and only dined there for the one weekend. We would have enjoyed dining many more times but unfortunately they closed for the season. We enjoyed the condo we stayed at and will return next year.

Stayed Jul 31, 2022This is perfect for a beach vacation. The unit is well laid out and equipped. The kitchen is more thsn adequate for those who want to cook in. The patio with gas grill, table and chairs are a real plus. The location is perfect and the combination of saltwater pool, private beach and excellent weekend restaurant cannot be duplicated. Finally, Steve, the owner, is friendly, easy to deal with and genuinely interested in making your vacation a great experience. We highly recommend this property.

Stayed Dec 28, 2021Unfortunately we did not stay during the summer months so we did not get to use the condos many amenities. The condo is clean, spacious and close to many shops and restuarants. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and fully equipped with everything you may need. A great choice for the summer and winter months.
