2 Bedroom Condo, one block from the beach

We had a great vacation staying at this property. One block to the beach and playground and a short to walk to restaurants and shops.The rental was spotless and had a well equipped kitchen. The laundry room insulated us from noise on ashworth Ave. hope to stay here again.

Wanted to take a moment to say how great our stay was. The place was clean and the landlords were so attentive! Our extended family stayed on G street and this was so close to them yet giving us our own space to relax! We look forward to next year!! ❤️

Outstandingly CLEAN and very well appointed condo. Dan & Bobbi are awesome hosts. Was concerned Ashworth location would be too noisy, but unit was well insulated, so no problem. Central location to everything, made our vacation very relaxing.

The unit very clean. Dan was there to greet us and told us about the unit. Had a problem with parking, called Dan and was corrected in minutes. Walked up one street and right to the beach. Location was great. The picture is very true regarding the unit. Highly recommended from last week renter.

This review is on the condo alone. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the surrounding area, although the beach is very big, clean and beautiful sand. Also the facilities on the beach are very nice. Daniel and Bobbi do a great job at maintaining the condo and are very accomodating. It is very clean...and I do take notice! Little to no dust/dirt accumulated anywhere (corners, under beds, etc). It's furnishings are simple, but in renting out your own place to strangers, you wouldn't want much more. My only complaint is that when walking barefoot, our feet got extremely dirty. While the floor is clean of loose debris, it may need a quick washing. But really....that's a quick fix. If you like Hampton Beach and are looking for a clean, cute place to stay, this is it.

We loved our time in Hampton Beach. The place we stayed at was perfect for our family! Very clean and convenient! Everything was as promised and more! Cant wait until next summer.

First impression was very clean, and nicely decorated. One block away from the beach and close to all the main attractions of hampton beach. We loved our stay and will most defiantly be back.
