2 Bedroom Condo on the Boardwalk in downtown Grand Lake

The property was in a great location, walkable to shops, dining, and the lake. It was well appointed, spacious, and clean. Parking was easy. Would highly recommend!

The condo had an excellent layout and was very spacious. The kitchen was well supplied with kitchenware and made cooking easy. The porch was awesome as well.

I rate this rental A plus in all categories.it is decorated beautifully but with a homey ambience and is stocked with anything you could need- hair dryers, shampoo, dishwasher soap - any of those things you will be happy to have for a week stay. It looks down on the main commercial area of the town and is less than a 15 minutes walk to anyplace you might want to visit. The owners are very gracious and helpful. It couldn’t be better.

What a find! Great location, nicely appointed, and wonderful hosts to boot. The Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre did not disappoint and even the weather was perfect. Hope to be able to enjoy this hospitality again.

We loved the cute town of Grand Lake as a hub for hiking in RMNP and Arapaho Natl Park (Monarch Lake) as well as kayaking on the lake. So beautiful here! The condo is very nice and is in a great location. Got quite lively outside on Friday evening due to a band playing nearby, but other than that it was pretty quiet. The HUB coffee shop was so nice to have right downstairs for great coffee and pastries. We will be back to Grand Lake!

My husband and I traveled here for part of our honeymoon and we had the best time. The condo was located right in the middle of downtown and within walking distance of everything! Michael was super responsive and we appreciated all of his help! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was more than clean, it sparkled! It is a very cozy environment. The kitchen was fabulous to cook in.... which mine at home was as elegant!Loved all the space. The location was perfect for the activities we were doing. Easy access to the snowmobiling and cross country skiing we did. If I'm back up to Grand Lake in the future, I will definitely stay here again.p.s.My friend that stayed in the guest room did mention the mattress needs to be switched out. :/

We love going to Grand Lake and this is the best place we have stayed at! The condo is spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well stocked! Stayed here with my 4 daughters and it was amazing! The property is very clean and has everything you will need! Kitchen is stocked and even has cleaning supplies. The condo is perfectly laid out and the balcony has a beautiful view! The little town of Grand Lake has our hearts now and we will be back! Absolutely loved our stay here? The location couldn't be any better, and the property was top notch. Very spacious, comfortable, exactly as advertised. Hosts were very responsive, check in was a breeze. Will definitely be returning!

My husband and I and our son and daughter-in-law spent 2 nights in Grand Lake in early September when we drove them up for a wedding. We were thrilled with our condo for many reasons including how spacious, spotless and comfortable it was. The location was very convenient to both the lake and the town and I especially appreciated the elevator as my arthritic knee would have made stairs very difficult. Our host Michael was a pleasure to work with as he was both responsive and flexible. My only recommendation would be to have a small step stool available for those of us who are vertically challenged. I would definitely book here again for what I hope would be a longer stay when I am better able to get around and explore! earlySeptembwhedrove them up for a wedding

This condo is perfectly located. Easy walk to the lake, on the boardwalk. The condo was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay again.

We have been coming to Grand Lake for over 40 years. This is the best place we have stayed. The condo is large, comfortable, nicely decorated and well furnished. There is a complete kitchen with all cooking gear. The balcony overlooking the mountains is addictive. Reserved parking is included and there are good elevators. The location is perfect in the middle of town. Another wonderful feature is a popular coffee, breakfast and lunch place next door. Maybe the best reuben ever, etc. There is also a nice plaza along Main Street. Owners are very accessible. It will definitely be our choice in the future.

The property is spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owners were excellent communicators and they have set up the unit with a great attention to details, such as a wagon in the parking area to aid getting gear up to the unit. The location is great! Wonderful views from the deck; close to everything in Grand Lake.
