Stayed Jun 23, 2025Overall, we had a great stay here! Communication with the host was a little tricky (especially for check-in) and it would’ve been nice to have more kitchen supplies (such as bowls, plates, cups, etc.), but it worked well for what we needed it for.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025The unit is a perfect size and location for us visiting family. It was clean and the space was great. It's a nice, quite complex.We didn't receive any pre check in emails or communication, except the automated one from VRBO with the exact address. I had been messaging the owner and finally called the day before our check in. She wasn't aware of our reservation or that we had already paid. Said there might not be any towels and the Wi-Fi was down and asked us to meet her to get the towels, keys and wait for the tech for the Wi-Fi. Our schedule didn't allow that. No lock box code to get the key until we were about to board the plane ( I had to ask a few times). No details on where to park (until we got a parking notice and I asked). She wasn't sure how to get into the pool. The kitchen has very few dishes, only 3 spoons. Without a welcome email, we weren't sure what needed to be done on check out, so we did what we have done at other STR in the past. We eventually got the answers we needed, but always had to ask.
