2 bedroom condo in quiet, 16 unit, non smoking complex

We have been looking for a place to get away from dreary Indiana weather in Feb. We found it! Everything was perfect from clean unit, easy checkin, location to beaches and places to eat! Love love love!

Property was adequately furnished with everything you need. Location was great, but parking was difficult if there were two cars involved. Sofas were soft and could use some new ones.

The condo is absolutely spacious with a lot of facilities, we enjoyed the big rooms and the 2 bathrooms. Thanks to the host for their hospitality!

Condo is spacious, clean and in a convenient location for dining, shopping and beaches. We enjoyed the large, updated kitchen and easy access to Pompano beach (10 to 15 minute walk) for 2 adults, 2 teens. Walked to nearby, local restaurants every evening. We didn't use the heated pool, but we saw others swimming in it.

Our visit to Pompano Beach was awesome! Our condo was a wonderful place to stay! Walking distance to Beach and restaurants. The pool was heated and crystal clear. The room was so clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable which is a big plus. I would definitely recommend staying here and when we return I will stay again. Thank you, Kendra The Tracy,s.

Quiet Condo Complex...5 minute walk from major grocery store and 10 minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Loved everything about this complex and area; hope to return again next winter.

We can not say enough about Kendra and her rental home. From the moment we first contacted her through our stay (including unforeseen COVID-related changes to our schedule), she was unbelievably responsive and accommodating. The apartment was exactly as described -- roomy, comfortable, furnished with everything we could possibly need or want. The building is lovely and we really enjoyed the pool, lounge chairs, tables and even sitting on the breezeway. Also the location, with Publix across the street, countless restaurants in walking or short driving distance, and the beach an easy two block walk away, was just ideal. We've stayed at many rental properties and I would rank Kendra at the very top for owners. Thank you so much!!

This apartment had everything I needed for a 10 day stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and up to date. The complex has a relaxed atmosphere and is great for swimming or sunbathing. This property is located close to shopping and dinning establishments. There are many beaches in the area. Communication with Kendra was excellent and informative. I would stay here again.
