2-bedroom condo in Heart of Texas Medical Center w/ fitness, rooftop pool & more

Everything was wonderful at this property. We couldn’t ask for anything better. The host is superb and great to work with on any details, very responsive too.

We enjoyed that the apartment was within walking distance of MD Anderson. Although on the small side, it accomodated 4 adults just fine. Would stay there again.

Very modern apartment, large windows, clean, host answered any questions quickly. Great stay and restaurants nearby were a plus also!

The condo matched the description perfectly. It’s a beautiful and VERY CLEAN space. I tend to be picky about where I stay, requiring cleanliness and authenticity beyond just good photos — and this place exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with all amenities, and the host was very welcoming, accommodating my last-minute extension because of my visit to MDACC. Its location is convenient to everything. I rate this place 5 stars.

The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable, and convenient for us. The view was spectacular. AC was great. Wifi was great. Parking was secure. The host was excellently responsive to our questions and very helpful. Highly recommended if you need a place in the area.

Condo is exactly as described plus the security in the building leaves you feeling safe in the middle of the city, although we walked around the city and felt safe everywhere we went. Conveniently located to hospitals, stores, restaurants and great walking paths.We will be returning to MD Anderson after the holidays and hope this condo will be available. This should be everyone’s 1st choice when needing to stay in Houston.

Great location, walking distance to medical center hospitals. Apartment is a small two bedroom unit on the building, looks larger on photos.

We stayed here for 10 days while being back in Houston . Condo is clean, centrally located and communication was seamless.

Everything was meticulously maintained, and it was clear the owner takes great pride in offering a welcoming and hygienic environment.The condo came fully equipped with everything I needed, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. The best part? The stunning skyline view of downtown Houston from the windows and balcony—it was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night.Communication with the owner was seamless. They were incredibly responsive, flexible with my check-in and check-out times, and made every effort to accommodate my needs. It really made the whole experience feel personal and stress-free.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Houston, I highly recommend this condo. Apartment was beautiful and centrally located for our stay. I would definitely stay again or recommend to others!

The location was perfect for our 2-night Houston stay. We visited Rice, which was very convenient. There are many good restaurants within a 10-minute drive, and we walked to Hermann Park. The condo had everything we needed and was quite clean and comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the rooftop deck for the view. While the unit has a small patio, there are no chairs. Be aware that the space is small so there are some tight corners to maneuver, especially in the king bedroom. We managed fine with three people though.

The apartment was tiny. It was nice and clean but way too small for three people. I wouldn't book again.

This place was truly a home away from home the place was nice and clean and has all the amenities you would need for a stay long or short term. All the checkin instruction was clear and direct. Along with the host was very accommodating and was great with communication, I absolutely enjoyed this stay everything attended was no more that 10 mins way from the area and I did not have to deal with a ton of traffic or noise this was by far the most convenient location and I would 100% recommend.

Accommodations were comfortable with great views of the city. Property manager was very easy to work with as well.
