On cooler evenings, enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the elegant, wood-accented fireplace—ideal after a day on the slopes or downtown adventures.
A small desk area offers a convenient workspace for remote work, trip planning, or journaling your mountain memories. The well-equipped kitchen features charming tile details and includes cookware, dishes, and utensils—perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners. Just steps away, the dining area comfortably seats four and doubles as a great spot for meals, card games, or quality time together.
As part of a well-appointed resort community, guests have access to excellent shared amenities. Enjoy the outdoor pool during warmer months, or unwind year-round in the heated indoor pool. Heavenly View Rules and Regulations
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 4:00 PM EST. Check-out is by 10:00 AM EST. Early check-in or late check-out requires written approval.
NON-SMOKING
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside will result in a $250 remediation fee.
PETS
This is a non-pet-friendly property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 remediation fee.
AGE REQUIREMENT
We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit is required at booking. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Booking confirms acceptance of all rules.
CANCELLATIONS
Thirty (30) days’ notice is required. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit all payments. No refunds for early departure.
OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Guests 9 and 10 are permitted at $10 per person per night. No more than 10 guests are allowed.
MINIMUM STAY
Two-night minimum stay required. One-night bookings may be accepted to fill a one-night gap between reservations.
FEES
Rates include a one-time linen and towel setup. Amenity fees are included.
HOUSEKEEPING
No daily maid service. Pool towels are not provided. Unit towels and linens may not be removed. Dishes must be placed in dishwasher and trash removed at checkout. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
RATES
Rates may change until the reservation is booked and confirmed.
FALSE RESERVATIONS
Reservations obtained under false pretenses will be canceled without refund.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS
Any exceptions must be approved in writing prior to arrival.
STATE OF EMERGENCY
Refunds apply only if a mandatory State of Emergency is declared by the National Weather Service.

OTA policies (Airbnb, VRBO) may differ and will apply.
