2 Bedroom, Beachfront, Amazing Ocean View, Modern ful

The view was amazing. The access to the beach was great idea. We did not have to go around the building The beach chairs were definitely a great addition

Excellent location! Spacious and spotless two bedroom two bath apartment with nice pool(s), easy beach access. Very nice area but still has gates and security present. Unit includes beach chairs and a cooler which came in handy. Nice kitchen with ample dishes and cookware. Definitely recommend!

Richard was an excellent host! Location was wonderful, Eagle Beach was beautiful as usual- Aruba never disappoints!

We had the most incredible time! The host and property manager were very responsive. The apartment was very clean and assessable from the beach. Definitely would love to come back to this property in the future!

Balcony was lovely for morning and evenings. Beach was wonderful - renting a sun umbrella is pricey - maybe the unit could supply one. This is my second visit to this unit- highly recommend it!

I love this place! I have stayed many times. Views are great. Apartment is spotless and well equipped.

We had a very good stay. The location is great, the unit is spacious, clean, modern and has all the necessities one needs for the stay. The only negative comment I have is with regard to the pools. The pools do not seem to be cleaned daily. One was closed for renovation and the other two needed cleaning.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. The host was very responsive to my messages & our check in with Franklin was great. There were a couple of things I pointed out to Anna, prior to our departure, that needed to be addressed (very minor) & she assured me that they would be looked after. Nice to know that we can have a grocery delivery before our arrival, which they will look after. The property is very well looked after & all the staff are very friendly. The view from the balcony is first rate, as was the pool & the walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Loved it so much, we’ve rented it again for next year.

We love Aruba and Eagle beach. This Unit has plenty of space and everything inside you will need. The property is very nice and the location to the beach can’t be beat. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the unit. It was obvious that high touch and other areas were not cleaned properly. It appeared a surface clean was done so I just did what was needed for our needs. With a deeper clean this property could be truly wonderful. The property management was wonderful so I think if a deeper is requested they may accommodate.

Very nice vacation.

The pictures look better. If you were a cook, you’d be very disappointed in the kitchen stuff that was there. It was very under supplied. The mattresses were just OK. The pillows were terrible for the amount of money I paid. I don’t feel it was worth the value.

The property management was super nice and the location was great and the overall property, pools etc were great. However the condo we stayed 415 smelled sooo musty it made my asthma flare and it was bad. The condo has major wear not shown in pictures. I did complain to the owner about the smell and they moved us the next day to a different unit which did not smell but had black mold in the bathroom. They said that it is a tropical climate and humidity is a problem but this was our 3rd trip to Aruba and never had a problem before. The washer and dryer were so rusty on the inside I didn’t want to put anything in them. And the bathroom vanity was falling apart. I would skip the palm building and try your chances at one of the other blgs. But we appreciate that They were very nice to us.

I have stayed at this place many times. The views and location are perfect. The owner and management staff are great.

Very nice property. Right by the beach!

Everything was great. Beautiful place, good location, very clean and safe, 3 pools, awesome host. One very small item-we could not lower the AC below 71 degrees. For those who prefer sleeping in a meat locker, like me, this would be noticeable. For others, maybe not a big deal.

This was a return trip for me, a first for my family members. We loved the accommodations, amenities, and location. The grounds are beautifully maintained. There was painting going on all week. Necessary to keep the place up, and of course it was a slower season, but it made sitting on the balcony during the day unpleasant. But the pool and beach were readily available.
