Stayed Aug 20, 2022The property was in a great location, just steps from the beach, and also close to lots of dining options, stores, etc. However, we actually left 2 days early because the the condo was dirty, dark (none of the blinds worked) and in disrepair. The pics on the website do not accurately portray the negative state of this condo. Dirty aluminum foil on the stove burner pans, hair stuck on the walls, grime under the AC vents and the lint collector in the dryer was so full that it was an actual fire hazard! We could not get it clean. The list goes on...until the owners do a deep and through clean of this place and fix the broken items, do not stay here! Even the clock on the wall did not work...all it needed was a battery! It shouldn't be up to the tenants who pay over $3000 for a week to change the batteries. It was so disappointing for our family.

Stayed Sep 4, 2025The condo was dirty and smelled like mold. The kitchen drawers are ready to fall off when you open them. The double bed closest to the window sinks in the middle and squeeks with every move. The couch had food on the cushions and under them. The only nice feature was closeness to beach and hot water. The light switches did not work for the hallway back to bedrooms or the light outside the front door. The kitchen light took 5 minutes to come on. The tv in the second bedroom - could not get the ROKU to work with even switching out the remotes. The pictures on line made the place look nicer than what it truly was. Obviously it needs a remodel BUT it still could have been cleaner and less mold smell. I would NOT recommend that place. Given I paid 1500 during off season I could have stayed at a hotel. Overall I was very disappointed.

Stayed Sep 9, 2021The condo was very clean. The location was very desirable....we could walk right off the balcony to the beach. We never left in a vehicle because so much was in walking distance.
