2 bedroom / 2.5 bath Memphis Condo - Prime Downtown Location! Newly Renovated

The location of Thai property being within walking distance of downtown. The brewery across the street was among and definitely a benefit. The owner was very communicative .

Great location! Short ride to Beale St! Good communication with Jason.

Inside the property was very clean and nice. We especially loved the garage since we weren’t sure about the areas security.

I was themed appropriately to the location: Music and history. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Parking was gated

it was a very nice condo except that it smelled of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts in the garage.

Property was as described. Good communication with owner for check in and access to the property.Overall property was clean and well appointed. Location was excellent, within walking distance to Beale Street, many restaurants, Sun Records.Would recommend a maintenance visit to change burnt out light bulbs, add 4th chair to dinning table, etc.

Pretty nice, the only thing was when we got there the heat was on 75 and the outside temp was like 65 degrees and the heat was on. We turned to cool on but it took forever to cool down I slept pretty uncomfortably because of the temperature

Parking area very safe.Balcony could have been better with a couple of seats.

Jason is AWESOME!!!!! I had to reach out and he responded in less than 5min. The check-in process was superb! All Ts were crossed and all Is were dotted. He has clear instructions written out and posted. The property is EXACTLY as pictired online. All necessary supplies were supplied with plenty of extras. I LOVE the balcony and front porch! If you're wanting to sit out there, just bring a chair. I brought a beach chair and it was perfect. Also, Jason can't help this but the MOSQUITOES are vicious. I brought OFF spray and was fine. The dog park located right next to the unit is excellent as well. Its very clean and well-kept. I really enjoyed the property and my stay in Memphis. I'll definitely be back and will book this property again. Thanks Jason! If you're thinking about staying, don't think twice. Its a great property. O! The steps are a bit steep, so if you have mobility issues, this may not be a great choice for you. Other than that, its great!

Had a glitch in our reservations and the owner was wonderful. He’s very knowledgeable about the area and just went above and beyond for us.

Loved the way the room was lit up when walked into the living room it was definitely a vibe. The master bedroom was everything me and my finance loved and we would definitely be coming back. Thank you

The master bed was as hard as a rock. The guest bed was the extreme opposite. The guest bath wasn't clean and there wasn't toilet paper. The microwave handle was falling off. The floor was dirty. The bed pillows were dirty. The neighborhood felt shady. The community security gate never closed. The unit has seen better days and is in need of some tlc.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was just like in the pics. Very clean, plenty of space, convenient to downtown! I highly recommend staying here!

Location was great for quick overnight stay. Could be walkable to Peabody/Beale/downtown, which is good since the trolly isn't running and hasn't been for some time. Also, there is no coffee shop across the street, as advertised, but there is a Keurig to use if you want to bring kcups. Nice for a dog-friendly rental and right next to the grassy dog area. Having the garage is a big plus!

Very attractively decorated property with lots of local musical memorabilia. Plenty of room for a family to spread out and quite comfy. Located close to Memphis attractions. Some minor maintenance issues (burned out bulbs, etc.) which were brought to the owner's attention.

This property is in a good location for all of the touristy things you might want to do in Memphis. Overall it seems like the property could use some sprucing up, but the Memphis decor was a fun touch.

A completely wonderful experience that checked all our boxes. Location was excellent as was cleanliness. Having a private garage and entrance enhanced the stay. The best part of the experience was the fantastic communication and responsiveness of the owner from booking through checkout. We will definitely be back.

Overall, this is a very nice place to stay in Memphis. Very nice condo, very clean, secure parking, which is very important! We would certainly stay there again. The only caveat that I would like to let the property owner know about lack of soap for showering, several lightbulbs were burnt out, etc. Minor issues which could be addressed very easily for routine, maintenance and upkeep.
