2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Vacation Condo!!!

Overall, this location is great and the property itself was clean. However, I will say that it does not come with any pillows, blankets, bed sheets, towels, paper goods like toilet paper or paper towels, etc. It does say that on the listing, but I guess I forgot that part since I booked this property way back in April and when downloading all the check in materials, it was worded as may be

Came for JeepFest and it was a great location!

Location was great. Inside is basic and serves its need. The only downfall was the condition of the place upon arrival. Prior guest left much sand on the floors and tubs. Cleaning didn't show up until AFTER we had arrived. They showed up 35 minutes later but it was too late. We had to clean up and was never compensated for our inconvenience. Overall the owner is responsive and we would rent again, but the place needs to be cleaned before check in.

Well-equipped unit had everything our family of five needed for a week at the beach. There was enough seating both inside and on the patio for everyone, as well as an abundance of dishes, utensils etc in the kitchen. The bedrooms & baths were cozy but offered lots of storage caibinets and plenty of space to hang things. And the owner is extremely responsive and helpful.

Even though it's not OF, it's close enough with a view of beach access from the balcony. I liked the decor, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, lots of closet/dresser space, good location, & washer/dryer on premises. Kevin was very attentive to any needs/issues which is a VERY positive thing!! The only small negative was it could've been better cleaned(bathroom floors/rug--swept under beds/dressers) & the outside lights made it hard to sleep since the room wasn't darkened--only mini blinds, no curtains. BUT, for the most part it was clean and I know it's hard to get all the sand when you're at the beach!

This was a good place to stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was a little further from the boardwalk than I expected. Unfortunately it rained for 2 of our 4 days there and I was not able to get the televisions to work as I didn’t have our Netflix login information.

We had a great time in Ocean City this past week and a big part of that had to do with the rental property we used. Kevin is great to work with and we have truly enjoyed our 7 years staying in his condo. We look forward to staying there for years to come!

It was the perfect location. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Quick walk to the beach. Quick drive to the boardwalk. Quick walk or drive to restaurants. Great parking. Kevin was helpful and responsive when needed. Perfect space for our family of 3 and the grandparents.

The location and facilities were perfect for our golf trip. Easy drive to the courses and close enough to walk to nice restaurants. The condo was in great shape.

Everything was very nice and as expected.

I stayed here with my husband and my four year-old. The location is great and the property is very well-maintained. I would highly recommend this to anybody.

Great space for families. Be prepared to bring your own soap, paper goods, linens and bedding. Amazing location for getting to/from the beach. Its the end condo unit so you can just make out the sun shining on the water and sand at the end of 36 St. I would stay here again.

We had an awesome time this past week! One major reason for that was the condition and location of our rental property. I have been working with Kevin since 2019 and he has been awesome! We are already looking forward to next year!

This place is my family’s new favorite vacation condo. Host was very friendly and helpful with check in when I messaged him with an email issue I had because I didn’t receive the room number. But actually I did find the email with the attachment so it was an issue on my end. Location is perfect for us, the unit being an end unit is also a plus. We were there over senior week and had no problem with noise or any issues at all with any other people.

The property was well maintained and in great condition, overall. It was good to know ahead of time to bring all necessary bedding, and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, wash cloths, towels, linens etc). The location was fantastic, beach view from patio. A short drive to the boardwalk, or a long walk. short walk to Jolly Roger Amusement park on 30th.

Great condo, great location, and great owner. This is my go to place to stay in OC. I've stayed several times throughout the years. The condo is clean and Kevin (owner) communicates well and makes the process a breeze.
