Stayed Jun 6, 2025What a great spot to stay in Denver! It's the perfect size for a small family/group of friends. The property is literally steps away from the light rail & a trail for walking/biking/etc. We took advantage of the rail to Empower field (3 mins) & downtown (15 mins). We also rode bikes/scooters along the trails into downtown which was fun & safe. We were able to visit Red Rocks which is about a 20 min car ride from the property. So many restaurants, where to start? The Fox & the Hen is our favorite breakfast spot. Arepas House is a new found treasure. Blue Pan Pizza is also fantastic. The property itself was a perfect landing pad after spending days exploring the Denver area. The porch is lovely for coffee drinking & you do indeed have a mountain view which received many a photo op. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Stayed May 15, 2025We truly enjoyed our stay here. We had a rental car, which saw plenty of use, but having the train right there to run to Union Station was great! We highly recommend if you are visiting Denver!

Stayed Apr 23, 2025The property was clean and as described in the description. The only drawback was the thin floors and we had an encounter with the neighbors below due to our children walking around too much.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024We had a great experience staying here, Joe was an excellent communicator and got back to us quickly when needed. The apartment is brand new and very clean, comfortable, stylishly decorated in a bright and cheery way. We especially loved being able to sit out on the balcony having coffee in the mornings and in the evening while enjoying the beautiful weather. It was also very nice to be able to park our car in the garage provided as well. We definitely will be back to stay when we visit our kids that live nearby!
