Cleaning has always been our #1 priority, We hired the Island's foremost cleaning company when we started renting. We opted for their top service. All surfaces are cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants between each guest. Notice that all the linens & towels are white, we have 2 complete sets so that they can be sent out and professionally sanitized between each guest. Stayed Jul 6, 2024WOW. The condo was amazing, clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had everything one would need. Beach chairs to Bicycles. The complex is very nice,clean and neighbors where friendly. The condo is almost directly in the middle of the two public beach accesses. Walking distance to restaurants, souvenir shops, and convenient stores. The beach is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is safe.

Stayed Jul 3, 2022Price was reasonable although we did not expect to have to buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent or other items that most don’t plan on purchasing while on vacation. Location good. Beds in smaller room were very uncomfortable. Beach items were very much appreciated. No smoking anywhere on property(not even outside areas) so we did have to walk down the street(kinda inconvenient and a designated smoking area would have been nice but I do understand) Reasons I would choose to stay again are price and location.
