2 bedrm 1st floor with Expanded Patio-Stunning Mountain Views & Tucson Charm

I found the Greens property to be one of the better complexes I have stayed at in the upper foothills below MT Lemon. Property is well kept and the pool facilities are nice . The cardio equipment in the workout room is up to date but the universal weight machine seems dated. The room itself is clean and kept up although a little small . The condo itself was a roomie 2 bedroom and well equiped with everything you need. The kitchen was on the small side but fine for fixing most meals except for perhaps a big dinner for more than 4 people. The back patio was pleasant to sit at with a nice view of the Catalina’s. Also I was impressed with the management companies (Spectrum) response time when we had any questions or issues. Overall a nice experience and I would stay there again.

We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the unit. Also that there were a lot of towels provided. The kitchen was very well equipped with all you need on vacation. We enjoyed the bedding as it was colder than we had expected during our stay. We really enjoyed the views from the patio and all the windows that overlooked the mountains. Just sad it was too cold to sit out in the comfortable chairs provided on the patio.

It was clean, has all the necessary utensils, TV's etc. for an extensive stay. The manager is available for consultation and was easy to deal with. The location is near food, golf, fitness centers and a very scenic part of Tucson. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but totally functional although a short learning curve for shower turn on is required. Nice place all in all.

The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed and the view of the mountains on the patio are amazing. The location was convenient to Sabino Canyon and Mount Lemmon and is in a very nice part of town. We will be back!

Plenty of everything you need

This condo ticks all the boxes. Near grocery, shopping and dining. Prop mgr responded very quickly to a housekeeping issue and took care of it. FYI. There is not a grill at this property. Not the worst thing…I didn’t check closely tho. Beds/linens comfy.

Located near Sabino Canyon, Ventana Canyon, and the east side. Close to shopping, restaurants, gasoline, and other retail. The Master bedroom and patio have a nice view of the hills. Great for balancing meals at home with other adventures.

This property was absolute perfection. Every comfort and need was accounted for… we stayed a month and it felt like home from day 1. The photos do not do justice to the incredible outdoor patio space and breathtaking mountain views. We watched the sun rise over the mountains every day. The unit is so spacious with comfy beds and furniture and loads of windows to enjoy the views and wildlife. We never closed the blinds! Centrally located to everything Tucson has to offer, gorgeous, quiet, and well-maintained complex with every amenity. Friendly neighbors! Great little areas for walking the dog - loved the fitness center. We can’t wait to go back!!!
