Stayed Feb 17, 2023We enjoyed the resort and the activities that were available to our family. The only thing that disappointed us was the shuttle service. 1 time we wait overf an hour for the shuttle to show up and we were their with 12- 15 people. 2 time we went down to get the shuttle to go to a show at 7 at planet Hollywood along with several other people. We waited approx 20 minutes, shuttled showed up and we waited for the people to get off and we went to board and was told that he was on supper break (6:00) I we told him thatg we had a show and he really did not care went into the hotel and they said that that is the contract with company so we ended up haveing to get 2 cabs because of our group size very disapointing that they could not schedule someone to ccover that 45 minutes to get people down to the strip. for Wynn they need to get that area changed. you have great housekeeping services, life guard, and the other people around the resort did a great job. thank you too bad the shuttle service left a bad taste for us.
