Stayed Nov 24, 2024We loved our vacation. Condo was very nice and clean. It was on the first floor with a gorgeous view and convenient walk out to the pool and hot tub from our patio. The only thing we did not like was all the stairs we had to navigate in front of the lobby and behind the lobby carrying our luggage. Of course, we were 2 65 year-old females who did not need to be lifting our roller bags. I recommend the Atrium either add staff to carry luggage or they willingly open the side gates to allow visitors to avoid the stairs when they have have heavy luggage.

Stayed Feb 18, 2023Easy check-in, clean apartment. Does not include room cleaning services, but has washer and dryer so you can wash your (beach) towels. Unfortunately the swim-up bar was closed. Also no on premise restaurant. We did not miss it, but many other resort do have restaurants/bars.
