Stayed Oct 21, 2021Very disappointed in the Polo Towers. The front desk people are rude. The property management people seem uninterested in helping with anything. The unit was old and not very clean. And on top of it all, the DW needed replaced while we were there. Very disappointing experience for what we paid.
