Completely enjoyed our time here. The apartment was conveniently located, roomy and clean.

This is a great property. It is close to everything and equipped with everything you couod need. Hostess is great at communicating and responds quickly.

I couldn’t find the email that was sent (still haven’t), which caused some anxiety, but once I was put in touch with the host, our stay was lovely.

I like everything, just suggesting be sure porch light works.

Great communication from the owner prior to our stay. Love that the condo is dog friendly and there’s a neighborhood to walk our dog in. Shopping, dining and spa all within walking distance. Comfortable condo too!! Highly recommended!!

The property was almost completely as advertised. It is a wonderful loft space and very true to the online photos, perfect for two couples. For me, I would say that the street noise in the bedroom on the main street side of the property is quite noticeable. I'm a sound sleeper so once I got to sleep it wasn't a problem, but this could be an issue for others if street noise bothers your sleep. I would definitely return to the property if I was back in Frankenmuth again.

We loved our stay at Kristyn's place in Frankenmuth! The loft is beautiful, comfortable, warm, spacious and homey. The beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. The place is very nice. But the only thing is that there was rattling noise from the HVAC that kind of bothered me and couldn’t sleep. I didn’t stay the last night and went to another hotel.

Very happy with our experience here. Well decorated and well lit with both natural and electric lighting. Very clean and comfortable. Had the needed necessities in the bathroom and kitchen. Back deck is ideal for watching the sun set. Great location for the car show. Easy walk to the park and also main street shops. We were also grateful that there were two parking spots allocated for the rental as our family arrived separately. Definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the apartment! It was close to shopping and restaurants and was a perfect location. There were 5 of us—4 adults and a 12 year old and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were SO comfortable, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cute apartment.

We gave 5 because, my husband, our puppy, and I had such a cozy stay here in Frankenmuth! The location couldn’t have been better—we loved being able to take a short 10-minute walk to the coffee shops and, of course, Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland. After a day of exploring, it was so nice to come back, put our leftovers in the big fridge, and reheat them in the microwave for an easy breakfast the next morning. Little touches like that made our trip so much smoother. Our puppy felt right at home too, which meant a lot to us. The host was warm, communicative, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

The owner was fabulous. frequent communication leading up to stay. Ease of check in and check out! Loft was immaculate ! lots of amenities ! Close to EVERYTHING!!!! I had forgotten my charging port for my cell and there were charging ports there!!! Honestly the best VRBO i’ve stayed at to this point! Looking forward to coming back to stay!

Very clean and in the middle of everything. Easy to walk to any destination.

This was our second time staying. We love how clean it is, comfortable, and the awesome location. The ONLY problem we had was that the remote for the bedroom TV needed new batteries. Nothing big enough to contact host, we just bought batteries and fixed it ourselves.We vacation in Frankenmuth every year and will hopefully stay here again. We stayed in 2023 and recently. We didn't in 2024 because we needed a bigger place as we we had 6 people. This location is great for 4 people and we were happy to have our little dog with us as well.

This loft “cottage” is absolutely adorable.! My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights for a little shopping get away. We loved everything about this place and will definitely return! It was very clean and up to date all while still having such Bavarian charm! The kitchen was well furnished and we enjoyed all the home’y touches throughout!

We were only there one night. 2 Dads, 2 boys. right across from Fortress, location was great. I'd change out for slightly larger beds but everything was great.

What a perfect little place! You cannot find a better located place for Frankenmuth. I stayed here with my mom for a little Girl's Night and we were able to park and walk everywhere. We were fortunate to have exceptional weather where we could enjoy the back deck as well. The beds were super comfortable (and my mom is kinda hard to please when it comes mattresses). If I had to make any suggestions for anyone staying here in the future: The front bedroom does have a decent amount of traffic noise. I already travel with ear plugs (thanks to my snoring husband), so I just popped those in and was perfectly fine. It may not bother everyone, but if you're a light sleeper, it may. Other than that, it really is the perfect place!

Was in town for a nursing conference but did not want to stay at hotel. This loft exceeded all my expectations! I walked everywhere and never had to drive once. It did help that the weather was gorgeous the two days I was there. The place itself was extremely clean and had everything I needed (coffee lol). Will definitely stay again soon!

Walk to all that Frankenmuth has to offer! This is a great location to explore the town. The space was clean and offered my daughter and I privacy and space as well as a great spot to come together and hang out. Loved the outdoor space too - although it was a little chilly in April! Definitely will be staying here again.

Had a great time on our small 4 day getaway.. It was so relaxing and we enjoyed being so close to everything that we could walk everywhere. It was very clean and the beds where comfortable. Had everything we needed for the two of us. We will absolutely stay again.

This was a very nice place to stay. Our primary purpose of visiting Frankenmuth over Spring Break was to allow the kids to enjoy the water parks. The VRBO gave us the flexibility to have our own place away from the noise and crowds, but its central location was perfect for visiting the stores and going to the water parks. Highly recommend staying here.

It is such a cute location to stay! I have always loved frankenmuth so getting to stay on Main Street for the night was amazing.

My daughter and I had a little getaway to go shopping also to spend some quality time together. We enjoyed staying in this cozy little apartment. I just wish our schedule would allowed a 2 night stay.

We live this VRBO property…this was our 5th stay here and it never fails to disappoint!!

Our stay was perfect as in the past. My elderly mom came along and commented on how peaceful the place was. She loved it.

Very nice, clean, well appointed. Our only complaint was someone coming with a big truck, banging around and moving furniture below us at 8:20 am when we were trying to sleep in.

Wanted to watch Lions but Roku on the property didn’t offer it as an option. Had to go to a bar to see the game. Street noise at night is an issue. Property is clean and inviting at Christmas and is conveniently located

We were really looking forward to our stay however my youngest got sick so we couldn’t travel. The host was very understanding and sweet and refunded a lot of our stay. We are grateful and will return next year to enjoy the Christmas.

We were most excited about Bronners which was only 2 minute car ride down the street and were able to walk to the river place shops and everything else Frankenmuth has to offer. The perfect location. The house was adorable and cozy. My family enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time! This property is clean, comfy and cozy. We were able to walk to just about everything we planned on doing during our stay. It was great to come back, take a rest then go enjoy the town again. The owner was great with communication before, during and after we left. It was a perfect family getaway, even including our dog.

We loved our stay at this cozy loft! The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed for our family of five, and found the property to be very clean and comfortable. We would definitely come again and recommend to others!

The location cannot be beat. We shopped, ate, did wine tastings, drank good coffee and had spa treatments, and never got into our car. Everything we needed was within 3-12 minutes walking, which was perfect. The space is quirky but functional (gotta love the character of older homes) very clean (some stains on a chair but clean), cute decorations and it provided two friends with plenty of space. One thing to note, that I wish I’d have known… the space is loud due to Main Street traffic that goes all night. I would have brought a floor fan to help with the noise, had I known. We used white noise apps on our phones but that wasn’t enough. This isn’t something that is the fault of the owner but I’d want other guests to know so they could plan ahead. I’d stay here again but plan accordingly. Also, be sure to bring body wash, shampoo and Kleenex if you need those items.

Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property was well equipped with everything we needed. We arrived a bit early abd encountered the cleaning lady who claimed she had just finished cleaning and we could go in. Fortunately we were able to catch her before she left. She was embarrassed as she should be because she had not cleaned at all. Dirty towels, full trash, dirty sheets. After bringing this to her attention, we left for a couple of hours. When we returned everything was clean.

Great time. Place is spotless and patios are fun to hang out with the family. We plan to go back!

The rental was fantastic! Very clean. Had all the necessities anyone could want or need. Even had fall decor which was fun and so cute. I highly recommend this

This little apartment was perfect for my husband and me during our stay in Frankenmuth! It is literally right across the street from the River Place Shops and just a block or two from the Bavarian Inn! We were able to walk everywhere and order takeout from the famous Bavarian Inn. The apartment had everything we needed to eat and live for a couple days in the town. The place was SO CLEAN! Unbelivably clean! And we felt safe the whole time. The only thing to note is it is a little loud at night, as the location is right off the main street in Frankenmuth, but it was worth it to be able to walk everywhere.

We enjoyed the property but the room with the double bed and the twin bed had not slats or platform under the double bed's mattress. We placed the mattress on the floor to make it sleepable. When we got up next morning checkout wasn't until 11:00 a.m., but the Wi-Fi and TV streaming stations weren't working. It had worked the night before.

This is our third stay in this loft. We keep coming back because it's perfect for our family. It's within walking distance of anything you would want to do in Frankenmuth and has specific parking just for guests. There is a big soaking tub with a nice skylight. The mattresses are soft and the best part for us is that the owners don't use perfumed detergent on the bedding and towels. The roof top patio is private and comfortable for enjoying the sunsets after a long day in town. The only negative is the light in the primary bedroom at night. Lights from the front yard below shine VERY brightly into the room making it hard to sleep. If this were addressed with blackout curtains, the loft would be next to perfect. The house is quiet during the day and in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals or enjoying leftovers from the many restaurants around. The beds are comfortable as is the furniture. Please note that both rooms share one bathroom and no bedroom is ensuite. We will stay again and again. It's our little secret!

very nice condo.. good proximity to all happenings in Frankenmuth

My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay at the Main Street Loft in Frankenmuth. We took our small dog with us, and we appreciated the green space behind and on the side of the rental where we could walk Tanner. The loft was beautiful, spotless and had everything we needed for our mini vacation. We liked the shops, restaurants and the whole vibe of the town. We hope to return and stay there again.

This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The place was clean. Everything what was I expected. The only thing was a little issue was the pillows weren't that comfortable. But I still give it 5 star.

Loft and property was exactly as described. Overall very comfortable and had everything needed for our small family. The location is as convenient as could be for downtown Frankenmuth. We walked to various restaurants and shops. Owner was great with communication and allowed for early check-in.

It is very well laid out with a bedroom on each side of the living area. It has been updated beautifully and is very clean. It is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. We will stay there again on our next visit to Frankenmuth.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! The loft was spotless and so cutesy. It was walking distance to everything and has designated parking right outside. We are already planning a trip back next year.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here to addend events at Heritage Park. It’s a great 2BR/1BR place less than a mile away.
