Stayed Jul 11, 2022We had a great vacation! The kids enjoyed the water park and slides. The beach was within walking distance. The second day we took the beach cart, umbrellas, beach chairs and a cooler to the beach. Having those available to us was great! I especially enjoyed the coffee maker, balcony, and sunrises every morning. Beds were comfortable. Having a washer and drier in the unit was ideal, it allowed us to pack less and have space to bring home souvenirs of our trip. We ventured out to Clearwater Beach one evening and on a rainy day we went to John’s Pass for some shopping and lunch. We ate a lot of good seafood. Had a great time, we will be back!

Stayed Aug 30, 2019We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every minute of it. The owners somehow anticipated our every wish. They very thoughtfully prepared this condo so that everyone could and would enjoy their stay. The condo and all of its amenities are better than we could have hoped for. The balcony is huge...we sipped coffee in the mornings as the boats rolled by. In the evening's, we watched the dolphins. The beach is just a short walk. The owner's provide everything you would need for the beach. Including a rolling cart to carry it all. The beach was absolutely gorgeous...the best Sunsets EVER! Our children love love loved the waterpark. A great time was had by all. We cannot wait to go back. I should also point out that the condo is very tastefully decorated, and all of the beds are super comfy.

Stayed Apr 14, 2025Great rental in a good location. This is the second year our family with two young kids stayed in this building. You are under 5 minutes walk to the beach. The closest beach entrance doesn't have much public parking so we found it to be less crowded than even just a few block further up when we walked the beach. The water park is fantastic, gets crowded on holidays but not too bad during the week. A couple of food options walking distance from the building.Check in process and messaging with the owner was easy and they are responsive. We had no issues and everything matched the description. Lots of beach toys/chairs/umbrella in the outdoor closet. Only negative to be aware of is if you are sensitive to light in your bedroom. The second bedroom windows face in towards the water park which has fairly bight lights on all night. Even with the window shades it is fairly bright in the room all night long. This was true in both units we have stayed at in the building, not much the hosts can do about it.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024The place was perfect. Beach was like a 4 minute walk. They have a Walmart that’s like 5 minutes away in car also a CVS like 3 minutes away on foot. James was very helpful with everything. My family and I had a great time thank you!!!!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We had an amazing time at this condo! With having two kids under the age of five, means going to the beach each day isn’t ideal. Having four daily waterpark passes was the perfect solution!! We loved having the beach, Crabby Bills, and the ice cream shop only a few blocks away. We appreciate the beach wagon and toys easily accessible to us on days we did walk to the beach. My son loved watching the boats go by each day along with the pelican, fish, and dolphin. This was a vacation to remember, and we’ve already talked about booking again for next year. We have spread the word to several friends about this unit and what fun we had. Thanks again for a great stay!
