This luxurious, recently renovated, two bedroom two bath condominium has everything you need for a fabulous stay in Vail, with top-of-the-line finishes and furnishings for your comfort and convenience. One underground garage parking spot and one surface parking spot are included for no extra fee. The free town bus system has a stop right in front of the property which will take you to the Vail village transportation center in about five minutes, or you may take the short walk into the centerof Lionshead over the pedestrian bridge. The west Vail shopping center is a three-minute drive away, which includes a Safeway (with Starbucks), city market (with pharmacy), liquor store and restaurants.

The complex is located on the sunny side of the valley with an active stream running down one side of the property. The unit is located on the third floor, right next to the elevator. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and en-suite shower and cable tv. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built-in armoire, cable tv and a work station (motorized standing desk with two monitors and office chair); and the second bath has a tub/shower combination. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper in front of the gas fireplace, free wireless internet and cable TV, and a large dining room table that seats 6 as well as two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The well-equipped modern kitchen is perfect for cooking, with granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig (w/complimentary k-cups), ninja blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils, and a full array of spices and condiments. There is also a gas barbecue grill on the deck and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Your hosts will be available by phone, text or email to answer any questions you may have, and they have included a welcome book for you with helpful hints and suggestions to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The door is keyless entry, we will send you the code and directions prior to arrival so you have no trouble getting into the unit. Welcome to Vail!

    This condo was perfect for our family of four and has some extra little touches and amenities that are so helpful - like quality shampoo and conditioner, plentiful keurig pods for coffee in the morning, and even some candy to greet us (which our kids were so excited about). The unit itself was very comfortable with plenty of spots to relax and recuperate after a day on the slopes. Also appreciated the convenient location with shuttle across the street and close to Lionshead and West Vail.

    We had an amazing week in Vail staying here. The condo was clean and the kitchen is very well stocked for a rental - actually useful pots and pans, knives, enough wine glasses etc. We used the hot tubs every night and took the bus to the village. I second the recommendation of using the upper parking lot as a car load/unload spot - we did not remember this tip and had to lug our bags up some stairs. One comment on Vail overall is there is a LOT of walking from where the bus drop off is, so either be prepared to walk in your boots or bring an extra set of shoes for when you're finished. Thanks again to Erin and the team for a great stay - highly recommend!

    We have stayed in many places in Vail through the years but this was our favorite. It was updated, spotless, comfortable and convenient. The bus stops right there. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. If you are driving, I highly recommend you go up to the second driveway to unload your car, it’s much closer to the unit and just a short flight of stairs to the elevator. The garage was too low for our car with the pod so we removed it and stored it in the front if our parking space, as did othrs. Our 2 kids visited and overlapped for a few days. One slept on the very comfortable couch during that time. They both had to work and loved the workstation setup in the second bedroom. We look forward to staying here again!
