Stayed Apr 13, 2025This property is clean, beautiful and in the hearty of all kinds of entertainment. The view was gorgeous, rooms were spotless, mattresses were comfortable, and the stay was very pleasant. I reached out to the representative of the renting party with a question and she was very fast with her response. I would strongly recommend the stay in this property. I give 5 star to this place for everything.

Place was very clean and wonderful, the toilets felt little wobbly though lol but they worked so no worries there. Other than that all amazing! Little scary the drive up to the place with steep windy roads but the view made it worth it. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 13, 2025If I could rate this property with more stars then I would. The view from the condo is breathtaking. The property is meticulously kept. The onsite staff were so kind. Typically I find that pictures of the properties are maybe a little better than the actual property. This is not the case here. We were blown away when we got there! The beds are very comfortable, large ceiling fans in living and bedrooms, higher end furnishings. The pool area and the balcony are picturesque!

Would have been nice if they had warned us that the bypass to get there was closed from 7 PM TO 7 AM. This makes trip to any other location a challenge. The bear situation was unnerving but staff did there best to run them off property.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed a few times in the old Highlands prior to the 2016 Smoky Mountain fire. The new rebuild is beautiful, we loved our stay. The views from the condo of the Smoky Mountains are breathtaking. My husband and I hope to return soon.
