Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience overall. The location was very convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We were very excited as the view of the mountains were breath taking. We were visiting for NYE and were hopeful we would have an amazing view of some fire works. Unfortunately, our view was of the “pool” and any view of downtown Gatlinburg was blocked by the other condos in the unit. We were excited as the outside common area with fire pits had a great view of downtown and of the fireworks and drone show. Unfortunately, this common area was closed off at 10pm nightly and we couldn’t get in. Hence, we had no view and this was rather upsetting considering this was a main reason we booked the condo.

The condo was very clean and the view did not disappoint! The pool/hot tub and fire pits were a great plus and the property as a whole was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely come back if we were to visit again.

Very nice workout room. Nice w/d, which we used. Great balcony layout with the glass partition for viewing. Perfect location! Easily accessible spaces to have a wheelchair. We do suggest some type of chair in 2nd bedroom, which my older parents very much needed. Also a full length mirror, coat hooks at entry & iron. Bar stools are fun but not great for the limited dining space, especially for elderly use. On those notes we will be back!!!

We were so happy to see The Highlands rebuilt and better than before! The views are spectacular and the condo is high end with all GE Cafe appliances.

Staff was super helpful, great pool and huge hot tub. Easy access right into the park without driving through Gatlinburg. We have been staying in the area for nearly forty years, always renting homes. I think we have found the one place that we will return to time and time again.

No grab bar or seat in showers. Also beds are very high which can cause some issues. Guests need to read all correspondence from management as it will contain all you need to know while visiting. When I sent message or called staff they were quick to respond with help. Thank you

We had everything we needed in the kitchen and The views are unbeatable! Highly recommend!
