I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 bedroom unit was just like the pictures-beautiful, as were the views. A couple of suggestions: please supply tissues for each bathroom, a manual dish soap to wash plates or pans not going in the dishwasher, and additional soaps for the bathroom. It is not very practical to have to share one small bar soap for the shower and the two-bathroom sinks. Also, perhaps place a squeegee in the shower to wipe away the water on the step, as it was slippery, and the water from the glass shower enclosure. One other thing: the road to get to Highlands is extremely narrow, curvy, and full of many steep ascents and descents-somewhat scarry, especially at night.

It was clean, and well stocked. Two things: google maps had me go up the pass with all the switchbacks. I wish I would have gotten some information from you ahead of time about the other road that was much, much easier to drive on before I came. It would have saved me from me from taking a few years off my life from up that road.Also, please provide coasters so your beautiful furniture doesn’t get rings on them.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 309 and it was absolutely gorgeous, and the view was spectacular! The unit is brand new, tastefully decorated, and QUIET! We did not want to leave!! We thoroughly enjoined escaping the busyness of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and spending our down time in this amazing unit which is so comfortable and relaxing! We also saw a few bears while there...a highlight for our family! :-) From the complex it is just a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Ober Mountain, Smokey Mountain National Park, and many other attractions. We would HIGHLY recommend this unit and/or complex! We honestly cannot say enough great things about this place! We will return one day! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a stay at the Highlands of the Smokies! You won't regret it! :-)

The rental views, location, service were wonderful. Comfortably slept six people, so spacious, beautifully decorated and the views are unmatched. The photos don’t do it justice.
