Great location, suited our needs well.

Perfect location. Enjoyed the pool and playground. Host was quick to respond to inquiries. Second time staying here and would definitely stay again.

The condo was just as described. It is close to all of the theme parks and the pool area is beautiful.

The property and the condo were very nice. Condo is located right by the clubhouse with the main pool, fitness room and game room. About 20 min from disney entrance and an hour from most of our activities - Cocoa beach, airboat, kayaking. The condo had everything our family of 4, including two college age sons, needed and we had a pleasant stay. The only negative I had was the trash rules. There is a convenient trash bench outside the unit, but you can only place your trash in there the morning of pick up days, before 8am and not the night before. You can also throw your trash out in a trash compactor near the property gate anytime. Overall we had a great stay.

All communication from hosts was clear and timely. Instructions were provided both online and in a well organized binder at the property. The photos and description online were accurate, and the condo was clean. This is a great location nearby many attractions. My family was comfortable and enjoyed the many amenities. We'd definitely stay again!

Everything was great but kitchen should have some basic things like oil sugar coffee seasoning etc.Otherwise we appreciate everything else We enjoyed staying there

Great location for accessing Disney Parks. Comfortable for a family of 4 with great amenities. Host was was very accessible and responded quickly. The resort is tucked back from the highway which made for quiet evenings after busy days out and about.

We enjoyed our vacation. The property managers were very promp with whatever we needed. The unit was clean and very organized. We did not use any of the onsite amenities due to time constraints, however we did an alligator from our screened in patio

We enjoyed this condo for our short trip in Orlando. Condo was clean. We really appreciated the tennis rackets as we could not fit ours in our luggage. So it was awesome to find a set there for guests. The pool was great. Patio overlooking the lake was very nice. I was surprised to find that there were no dry goods in the kitchen such as sugar, coffee, or spices other than salt & pepper. Overall the stay was great and met our needs.

great location, clean and roomy, well equipped, very nice pool area. just one suggestion: TV's were Roku, but no network television available. As Canadian visitors, our TV apps do not work in the states, so we would suggest giving the guests a choice of paying extra for cable.

Great location for Disney, very clean, with all the supplies we needed for a week's stay. Scott was very responsive to all our questions, and got the heat turned on quickly when the temperature dropped to almost freezing!

Everything was as stated in the listing. Very clean and I was really grateful the condo was on the first floor after a long day at the park.

Had a very nice stay and felt safe in the gated community! Due to circumstances out of the owners control we did have to made a switch to a different condo on the same property. The owners were very accomodating and were so quick with communication at any hour we needed them! Would stay again!

Location was very good. Close to Disney - 10/15 minutes if no traffic. This is rarely the case and if leaving Disney at rush hour it can take an hour. 25 mins to Seaworld, 40 mins to Universal/International Drive. Plenty of restaurants close by. Apartment was very clean, had all the facilities we needed and had a well equipped kitchen. Left washing detergent, bin bags, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll. Only needed to top up the loo roll. Pool was warm and cleaned daily. Pool chairs, loungers and games room equipment was a little dated but didn't affect the experience at all. Great contact from the management but didn't really need to as no problems with everything. The only thing to be aware of - you can hear everything from the apartment above. I mean everything. Also the fans, water heater etc are very loud. It didn't affect our stay but it may be an issue for others. I would stay here again.

View was great good area. Enjoyed the pool

The booking of the property was easy and you are quickly given instructions from the owners as to the check-in and and arrival process. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities you would expect and so you will not be lacking for nothing. There is a Publix supermarket within a 10 minute drive to stock up on essentials. The on site facilities (swimming pool, games and gym) are well looked after. Distance to Disney parks depends on traffic but generally between 20 to 30 mins away on average. Overall a great place to base yourself for all the Disney/Universal attractions.

A little bit off the beaten path as far as attractions go, but there's something to be said about that. We actually enjoyed not being in the middle of the I drive Hussle and bustling. Very clean property, has everything you need and the pool was very family friendly. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to stay again.

From booking to checking out, was perfect. Clean, great location, everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pool, the game room, and the view was spot on. Definitely will book again.

The hosts thought of everything! The location was beautiful, great view, detailed welcome book for guests left no question unanswered. Condo is close to the main pool and property is easy to navigate. Don’t think, just book! This is one we will be saving for a future return!

We love it, We really love it very nice and quiet place. The only small issue was the shower head had an issue only hot water was running but over all pretty good place. Thank you

The property was great! Just what we were looking for/needed. The traffic to get to the Convention Center was not ideal but once we factored that into our travel plans it was workable.
