Recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental that sleeps six is on the 1st floor of the Phoenix VII. Upgrades include new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new seafoam green paint throughout, new bedding and new patio furniture.

·         Living area with carpet features a large flatscreen television, DVD player, stereo system, Queen sofa sleeper, a recliner and an additional armchair.

·         Updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and granite countertops. A breakfast bar has seating for two as well.

·         Dining area has a glass-topped table with seating for six.

·         Master bedroom, with direct balcony access, has a King-size bed, carpeting and a wall-mounted flatscreen television.

·         Ensuite master bathroom features an extended granite countertop with a seat, a single sink and a separate shower and bathtub combination.

·         Shell and beach-themed second bedroom has two full-size beds and a flatscreen television. An ensuite bathroom features a granite countertop and a bathtub and shower combination.

·         Full-size washer and dryer in the condo.

·         New patio furniture on Gulf-front balcony includes round table and four chairs and a chaise lounge.


On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

    This condo was the perfect size for us. It’s located on the beach and parking was so convenient! We will be back!

    Overall was great for my family of 5. Being on the ground floor is really nice was easy to park and easy to get go the beach and pool. The beds were super cozy. There could be improvements. The blinds were impossible to open because they are probably original to any 80s condo. I couldn’t get the dryer to work and when I called the front desk the desk guy said that he would put in the work order but that it was unlikely that maintenance will be able to get around to it and then suggested I go to the local laundry mat (true story)! With technology nowadays it seems pointless to wait in a long line just to check in and get the keys.

    7/20-7/25/2020 I am posting this hoping owner will read. Things that could be improved to 115 condo. Fruit Flies were present the whole visit . Couch springs need fixing or replacing. Condo nicely furnished and roomy. King bed comfortable. Coffee pot carafe had to be replaced bottom cracked, my 72 year old brain could not figure out why dishwasher would not turn on. Appreciated the convenience of condo to parking spot.
