Stayed Aug 8, 2025Check in was great! We were notified about 2 hours prior to check in to let us l ow the Condo was ready. Loved the decor! The furniture was very comfortable. The balcony doors are a little tough sliding open, but not a big problem. I would revisit!

Stayed Oct 8, 2022We arrived at 2:45 for what we mistakenly thought was a 3pm check-in. We were upset when we were told at the desk that We don't know when your room will be ready The situation escalated very quickly with an unpleasant woman named Danielle. We were upset but SHE WAS ANGRY. We disengaged from the service desk and tried to regroup our plans for the afternoon without access to the comfort of our room after a long drive. Ultimately our room was ready shortly after that. When I approached the desk Danielle handled my check-in. I said I don't know what you did, but thank you. She said curtly that (She) Didn't do anything. We checked in and Danielle further questioned why we didn't receive a notice about late check in for arrival date. I had no answers and she ultimately replied with Well, I guess we'll just let this go then. Which I took as a veiled threat that perhaps she was going to take some action against our reservation? We were uncomfortable when Danielle was staffing the desk after that and avoided interacting with her.

Stayed May 28, 2022This is possibly the best condo we have stayed at. The condo was very clean and the first floor location allows you to walk out of your condo straight to the parking lot. The view from the balcony was perfect. The beach was not crowded and the staff were very friendly. We will try to get a ground floor condo next time but if not available we will book this room again. Phoenix V can’t be beat with location also. A dollar store was just down the street and plenty of eating places near by.
