Stayed Oct 5, 2024I’ll start with the good. The 1st floor unit was convenient. However, there is a trade for a limited ocean view. Everything in the unit felt like it was on its last leg. The washing machine & kitchen counter were broken. The couch was o worn out & peeling. This is not a j it the owners stay in. No personal touches and nothing beyond what you need to get by. We don’t spend a ton of time in the room so it was fine but I would not go back. The condo is really busy. Felt like a cruise ship.

Stayed Aug 28, 2024This was our second time staying in this room. Location is perfect. Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced ASAP. Otherwise no big complaints.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The Ac didn't wrk very well especially at night while sleeping we were all hot. Other than that all was great . Def could use some new pots and pans amd some more coffee cups .We also had an employee knock on our door 1 day and said the owners were coming to see us which they never did, so we were a lil concerned if he was just gonna come in our room if Noone was there or what was happening. We called and no one ever returned our calls so seemed very suspicious.

Stayed Mar 23, 2023The unit had roaches. The shower liner had mold on it. The couch leather/plastic was falling apart. We cleaned something off the floor when we arrived. The queen bed/mattress has a dent. Overall the unit was not kept up. Location to the beach was nice. Parking spaces were awful, to narrow. Not enough oversized parking.

Stayed Oct 15, 2022The resort offers a great pool and access to the beach, but our condo was rather disgusting. There were 3 forks to eat with for a condo that slept 6, the oven was duct taped, the microwave turntable was broken, so food either burnt or didn’t heat up properly, the ice maker didn’t work, there were roaches crawling all over the walls, the toilet paper holders kept falling off the walls, and there was a rat trap on our balcony. The condo owners clearly don’t check on their units or don’t care bc that place was rough! Don’t trust the picture. We left early because we couldn’t stand it any longer.

Stayed Jun 11, 2022This condo was perfect for our family needs! There was so much room for our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. It opened up right to the pool area and the beach was just steps away. We got to skip the mess of waiting for elevators and it was surprisingly quiet inside the room. The people at Book that Condo were amazing to work with. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the ice machine was broken and the floors were so dirty our feet were black within seconds. We had to have baby wipes by the bed to clean our feet before getting in bed. Otherwise, great place!! Would definitely come back ?
