Stayed Dec 29, 2025The property is a nice size with a good amount of space for our family of 4. We loved having 2 separate bedrooms and individual bathrooms. I will say the master shower was very small but we made it work . The condo needs maintenance updates . For example the 2 fireplaces neither one worked at all . Disappointing considering we were here in December. Also the toilets didn’t flush . Called about the issues to evolve and they sent someone to fix these but the master bathroom toilet still didn’t get fixed . We had to manually open the tank lid to fill the tank and also to flush the toilet . This could have been replaced easily and fixed . Unfortunately they didn’t do that . The lighting is dim in the condo so we did ask for light bulbs to be replaced that were out but they didn’t replace all the burnt out bulbs. They definitely could easily put in under mount lighting in the kitchen to help give more light that would help a lot . The Chula Vista resort itself was nice . We had dinner in the steak house one night which was really nice . We were here to ski and really enjoyed Cascade Mountain if your here for that. Overall I would not recommend this particular property . I would recommend the Chula Vsta resort especially the condos .
