1st Floor unit, Close to Beach w/ Pool + Free Tickets: Bikes & More!

Upon arrival here last night we noticed that the entire unit was in appalling condition. Sunday night, I called every number that I could find in hopes of speaking to someone who could provide some answers. When I finally got ahold of the emergency number they sent over a maintenance man who brought us one set of new sheets and a mop and bucket for the floors (that were black). The first night we had to sleep with beach towels due to the foul nature of bedding that was provided. When we opened the pull-out couch bed there was fecal matter, urine, hair, and food all over the sheet. It is not our responsibility as a guest to clean the filth off the floors. In addition, we had to throw away several refrigerated and frozen food that we had just bought due to the fact that the refrigerator did not work and remained warm. The condition of this unit was so disgusting that we debated staying in a hotel. The condition of this unit is not the only embarrassing for VRBO, but is simply unsafe to stay in. For the past 20 years, we have stayed in the 30A area and used VRBO. I have never, in my life experienced something so disgusting. ( Not to mention that we are amid a global pandemic.) It is clear that this unit was not accurately described online and that it had not been cleaned at all. An additional concern is that no one that I spoke to appeared to be worried about this whatsoever. No one has apologized for the conditions of this unit and our entire experience was disappointing. I wish I could post the pictures in this comment to show how wretched the condition was.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was as expected. It is convenient to the beach close to Seaside, restaurants and grocery stores. It was fine for our stay but please know that the bunk beds are best suited for children and not adults. The problem I experienced was that we had driven almost 7 hours and were exhausted. I had downloaded the hospitality app as suggested. I never received the code to get in the condo as promised. Spent another 45 minutes trying to fine the contact and code to get in the condo at 11:00 at night. Someone didn't do their job. The next day went to make drinks and the ice maker doesn't work. Contacted management company and they sent someone out several hours later and he was unable to fix it. Said they wouldn't be able to fix it during out stay so we would just need to go out and buy ice. Maintenance guy was polite enough to fine us 2 ice trays.

We really enjoyed our stay. The one thing that was a little bothersome was the upstairs neighbors. They were constantly stomping around and moving furniture and were very disruptive especially at bedtime. I know you prob can not do anything about that but just wanted to let you know. Otherwise, we had a great week Thank You!

We’ve seen other units in the complex, at a comparable price. They were more updated & had been cared for a bit better than Unit 128. Overall, it was certainly adequate. We love the location & proximity to the walk over to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay and the unit overall but the bed is extremely unconfortable and so noisy that every time you move in your sleep it will wake you up. Also definitely bring your own pillows cause the ones provided are flat as can be. Pretty sure they never mop the floors as we could not even walk around without shoes or our feet were absolutely disgusting. Couches also need to be cleaned in my opinion. Kitchen and bathroom was nice and hidden beach villas is very convenient to beach and all entertainment. For the price it was a good stay.

I typically don't write reviews but this was money wasted. This property was very disappointing. The pictures show bunks and they are the size of crib mattresses! And foam not even a real mattress. Also the property must have mold or mildew everytime we went in we immediately started sneezing and having a running nose. The Murphy bed squeaks so bad and is so loud the neighbors have to hear it.
