One of the shower faucets doesn’t drain properly and has a bad smell. One of the queen beds is very noisy and uncomfortable.

We rented for a month to get away from the cold & was very pleased with this condo, it provides what you need & the property management was also very good. As a nice touch some of the owners artwork is displayed in the unit. The resort is charming &all the people we met were so nice! Highly recommend Mezcal Mexican restaurant in the little shopping center up front, great happy hour!

Reviewer Comments: We absolutley enjoyed only one feature of this unit - first floor location. No elevators and such, being able to pass towels or whatever we needed from balcony to those in the pool. The rest did not work out for our big family. Starting from the kitchen - it DOES NOT have what a large family would need to cook at least some meals in that kitchen. It would be more than enough for families that only eat takeouts or reheat leftovers as it has the minimum needed - one pan, one medium skillet, one small one, some bowls. Do not rent if you plan on cooking there. There was 8 of us, which meant 2 of us slept on the sofa in the living room. That sofa needs to go to the trash IMMEDIATELY! It is not suitable for sleeping, it was a nightmare. Sitting on it for a short period is fine, but it says that it sleeps 8 people, meaning it is meant for sleeping. In reality, even the mattress in master bedroom wasn't comfortable. I would recommend a lot of upgrades to furniture. Otherwise it is not worth the price we paid. It wasn't even thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, only quick clean up was done, hair and such in the corners and behind things. Will only consider staying there again if they would make much needed updates. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach (by the way, it doesn't have a public restroom and space alloted to our resort was pretty small, so no chance of sitting right by the water). Overall, not worth the price in current condition.

This was a nice condo. The only downfalls.. they need to put locks on the bathroom doors, the bunk bed mattresses were not comfortable, and the bathrooms were dirty when we arrived. Overall the location was great. Being next to the pool I was worried about the outside noise but honestly we couldn’t hear anything! The beach is a short walk away and the check in process was the easiest we’ve ever had. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband made the comment that this is the worst condo we’ve ever stayed in and he is correct. First of all we get a call a couple hours before check in that the refrigerator freezes up and stops cooling and we will have to switch the breaker off for a few hours each day but that you’ve also brought in a mini fridge we could use instead. We decided to just use the mini fridge instead of finding and turning the breaker off each night at bedtime and having to wake up at 4:00-5:00 to turn it back on. (As was suggested by Pam @ my vacation haven) however the mini fridge caused all of the fresh fruit we had just purchased to freeze as hard as a rock so we wasted all that money on it because when we thawed it out to try and salvage it, it all turned to mush and was not edible. Also not a single lock in the condo works. Not on the bedrooms or bathrooms. So forget any peaceful privacy without having to worry about being walked in on while trying to use the toilet or shower. Also the deadbolt on the front door doesn’t turn with the door shut (it will if the door is open but not closed) so my son was scared to sleep in the bunk bed by himself because it’s directly next to the door, and instead my husband had to switch with him so my husband and I haven’t been able to sleep in the same bed the entire vacation. I sat down in one of the chairs on the patio and had I been wearing shorts my leg would’ve been cut wide open instead of the new sun dress I was wearing... sending email.
