1st Floor! Phoenix I ~ 1 Bedroom Condo on the BEACH!

Property was clean, we didn't have our welcome packet in our room- only problem. Also, the Condo door was having issues closing. We would stay there again.

We went during hottest time with family of 5 (kids - 2, 6, and 8). Location of the unit was really nice since you are closest to entrance to pool and beach. Some things to note: - I typically don’t like to book when owners are property managers. BR was SO great to work with. I had some issues during booking. The unit only allowed 4 and we were family of 5. Since the littlest was still a toddler, I reached out right after booking and they said they don’t allow more than 4. But it was okay for me and to bring a pack and play for my littlest. There was always someone there to work with. - check in was fine and super quick. We got our code to door at 2p and check in wasn’t technically until 4p. We were still two hours out from drive. But if we were already there, it would have been nice to get in sooner. The only thing I wish I knew about was that the unit did not have elevator access. We loaded our cart up to bring all the things for our young children to find out you go through doors back outside and your unit is outside and up the stairs. We had to walk up and down to bring things in. It was only inconvenient because of how young our children were. But once we were settled, the location was perfect!! - parking was a bit confusing. You share the lot with Phoenix 2-4. You enter at 1. But there are one way arrows where you drive down to 2 or 3 to exit. I think everybody fell for the confusion which was a problem if you were trying to exit and someone took the wrong way in.

Great Stay

If you stay here hand wash the dishes. Dried food left on them. Bathroom needs a major cleaning

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo !! Right across the road from Docs and fresh bait !!
