1st floor Oceanfront studio with king bed, AC & hot tub

Phenomenal stay all around, great clean and extremely well stocked and maintained flat in a perfect area that is incredibly walkable. We were able to park, drop off bags, head out the door and down the stairs walk the beach to a nice chowder place and back. I will definitely be looking up some other properties for a nice summer stay.

The view of the ocean was amazing! Loved being so close to Nye Beach. The accommodations and amenities were perfect for my husband and me.

Excellent place to stay with our one year old. We kept saying we wished we could’ve stayed longer and we’d love to stay again. The hosts really thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly need and then some, even including some extra snacks. Comfortable bed and gorgeous view close to coffee and restaurants. We absolutely loved it.

It was a great alternative to a hotel. Wonderful view, well stocked kitchen. Very clean and convenient to Nye Beach. Would highly recommend.

Really nice area. Great restaurants, coffee, ice cream all within walking distance. Property is clean and well maintained. Beach and Beach Access is very easy. Stairs were actually less intimidating than the photos made it seems

My wife and I had a great weekend stay at this perfectly located condo in Nye Beach.

Plenty of space for our family of three; Everything inside works; Very comfortable and clean; Amazing view of the ocean and sunset; Well-kept beach access leads down from back lawn area; Walking distance to several nice eateries, and only a short drive to many local attractions; Very easy communication with property owner / manager; highly recommend.

Everything is as advertised and the views from the room were great.

This was a perfect spring break getaway. We rented this condo instead of a hotel room to have a kitchen. We were able to walk all around Nye Beach and it’s got a great access to the beach. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect ocean views. Each patio/balcony is private. The rental is exceptionally clean and the kitchen has every implement that you could ever ask for. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for a 2 person getaway!

This was a cozy place to stay for a night on our trip down the Oregon coast. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch watching whale spouts and walking along the coast.

We stayed for a long weekend and got lucky with sunny weather. The proximity to the ocean is unbeatable and the complex was quiet.
