Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was beautiful. The description was accurate with the layout, amenities and location. The only thing is when you walk in to the unit there is a very strong musty smell. I emptied the dishwasher and dusted the coffee table. Restaurants were close by and we enjoyed some delicious meals. I would recommend this location for easy access for everything the mountains have to offer.

Considering how high the pet fee was, I was surprised to see scratches on the doors etc. from previous guests. That being said, we loved how quiet it was and there was lots of green spaces for the dogs.

Moldy smell in entrance (rug)? Floors had to be mopped (socks got dirty) dirty wash cloth in drawer of bureau, light bulb burnt out outside patio couldn’t use or see at night, patio door glass dirty, who ever cleans the place does an awful job. Could not figure out how to use the master bedroom tv. Master bathroom tub faucet drips, deadbolt on entry door needs tightening, inside drawer of oven needs cleaning. I used the oven top cleaner and had to scrape the burnt on ring off the burner as it smelled bad while cooking. The pull out spray in the kitchen sink doesn’t work right. The garbage cans had stinky stuff in the bottoms of them. Bad odor every time the drawer was opened. The hand soap dispensers were watered down and running out. Anyone walking around upstairs is noisy..woken up early due to it. Someone left a dog duty bag near the entry to the place I threw it out so I wouldn’t be blamed for it. The hot tub and pool looked ok but I did not use them.The view from the living room was pleasant and the gas fireplace was a nice touch. The living room furniture is super uncomfortable to sit in. No back support at all.It was nice that it is a pet friendly place and near attractions and the Kancamagus Hwy.

Very nice condo. Would stay again. Problems, no ice cubes, scratch on door leading to mud room, panel on blinds in living room, dirty, the lock on the bedroom door leading to the deck must be checked on.Overall, owners very generous with supplies, and little gift that they leave. Enjoyed our weekend in your beautiful place.

dishes dirty in the dish washer, none of the bedroom lights worked, ( only lamps, did not work with the switch), above tenants very rude about parking.

We love staying at Forest Ridge with all the amenities offered it makes our get away perfect every time. Whether relaxing and sipping coffee for a slow easy morning or getting some passes in on the Pickle Ball courts for a more active start to your day. Forest Ridge offers it all! Our condo was clean and stocked with all the basics.

Our experience was overall very satisfying. The location of the condo was opportune as it was adjacent to the pool which we frequented daily. The area is very clean and quite and all the staff was very friendly and accomodating

The property is nice. I was happy with the dog friendly condo. We had access to the Sports Club which had an indoor and outdoor pool. The property was in a good location cloae to restaurants and other attraction

Very close to Lincoln's shops and restaurants, amazing location to access hiking and skiing. The pond out back was a great place to hang out with the kids and dogs.

The place does not have air-conditioning. I had to go out and buy a humidifier too much moisture in the air It Smells
