It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Stayed Jun 21, 2025Easy walk to the beach. Great pool area. Plenty of space. Loved the private screened in porch. Decor is dated. Carpets should be replaced. Comfy bed and pillows. Has a smart TV, we used our own streaming accounts. Code to enter unit was very annoying because it was too long to memorize so we always had to look it up. Overall we would stay again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We liked:* Plenty of space and a great price for 2 bedroom/2 bath.* Lots of kitchen supplies, including both Keurig and regular coffee makers.* Loved having a screened in porch (marsh view).* No noise at all from other units.* Pool area is great, much better than expected. Didn't have a problem getting a table with an umbrella even at peak times. Very clean.* Lots of storage space throughout the unit.* Good water pressure and temperature in the shower.* Great smart TV in the living room.* Beach was an easy 5 minute-ish walk (park near the opening in the fence on the east side of the property, cut through the church parking lot, cross the highway at the Ashore crosswalk)Room for improvement/things to note:* Owner should consider replacing the fridge. (Also fridge could have been cleaner.)* There is a large stain on the carpet in the bedroom with the twin beds and a sketchy stain on the curtains in the master bedroom.* Master tub is a slow drainer.* Door code is 10 digits...never had one that long before. It was kind of annoying because it wasn't easy to memorize, so I had to either pull out the welcome packet each time or pull it up in my phone.* Be aware that check in/out is about 35 blocks away. * Bring your own hair dryer and Kleenex since these were not provided.Overall the unit is a bit dated/unevenly updated, but we enjoyed it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Also the whole complex seemed safe, friendly, and family oriented.
