1st-floor condo with mountain views, pool, hot tub, private balcony, AC, & W/D

Great safe location and the property was well maintained.

The master shower had hair remnants on the right tiled wall looking at the shower head. Also, noticed some of the grout in the same shower needs to be better cleansed. Otherwise, the condo was very clean, and the amenities inside were outstanding. The pool/hot tube was accessible and well maintained.

Condo was as described as in pictures. Clean and in safe neighborhood. Walkable to a yummy coffee shop and restaurant. Easy 10 - 15 minute drive to Univ of Az.

Very nice condo and the restaurant nearby had live music every night. Great way to end a day.

We loved this condo! Easy access to the Rillito and restaurants. It had all the amenities anyone could ask for and then some! We will definitely return the next time we are in town.

Overall this is a nice and well maintained property. It is directly on the bike trail with easy access through locked gates. (Keys to gates provided with the condo.) This gives you easy access to long walks as well as a quick path to local stores and restaurants. The mattresses are quite firm, so may keep that in mind depending upon sleep preferences. Only other minor concern is that pulling out onto East River Road can be challenging as it is a very busy street. The condo is located within 20 minutes of Sabino Canyon which has some amazing hiking trails.

3friends from out of town. Went to Fox Theater, hiked in Catalina state park. Went to karchner Caverns, Tombstone, Bisbee, downtown El Charro, used the hot tub. Key didn’t work to the loop walking path, could have used Kleenex, and a top sheet for sofa bed. Great location and very clean condo.

Condo was very clean and modern. Stocked with amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Central location but not a lot of traffic noise. Enjoyed the pool for sure and parking was a breeze.

We loved just about everything this condo had to offer. The only issue (and has nothing to do with the condo) Is getting in and out of the complex because of traffic.
