    The condo worked very well for our family of six (parents, 9,7, 5, and 3). I loved that the kids could be in the pool while we were cooking dinner or getting ready to go to the beach. They were happy and entertained and we could still keep an eye on them through the glass. The pool to beach access was fantastic with with the kids. The beach chair service is something I wouldn't have splurged for, but it was an absolutely lovely thing to have for our stay. The host was reasonably quick to respond and very helpful and understanding. If we plan a similar trip in the future, I would definitely want to book here again!

    This was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed at Seychelles! It was very clean, neat, and not cluttered. The appliances are newer and it’s the first condo we’ve stayed at with a working ice maker! It had plenty of space for me, my husband, our 3 year old, and my mom. An added perk was the gate on the porch having a key! That was wonderful, especially with a 3 year old. The owner communicated perfectly and answered any questions I had QUICKLY! We will be staying here again in the future.

    Great communication with host. Loved being able to just go from patio straight to the pool. Also loved not having to go through the lobby to get to the condo. Kitchen had everything and primary bed was really comfortable. Only mildly disappointing issue was not being able to adjust the air conditioning below 73. I prefer a much cooler temperature at night, but the fan in the bedroom worked really well and I was still able to sleep fairly well. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

    The Unit itself was as described in the listing. Susan was very quick to respond and helpful during communication. We did have a slight issue during check in and cleaning. Check in was at 4pm. We were notified after 3pm that an error in scheduling had occurred and the room would not be ready on time. Susan was apologetic and even provided us with 50 gift card to Schooners as an apology. This was appreciated but the room was not ready until after 5pm. Upon entering the unit, it did not seem like it had been cleaned to the best standards. I am assuming this is due to the error and rushing by the cleaner. It just started our trip off in a negative way but again, Susan was polite and apologetic. Mistakes happen and she did her best with the situation. The biggest negative about our stay was the constant smell of Pot at night. I assume this was due to neighbor units smoking but it filled our unit. We smelled it every night but the last night was almost unbearable. This is something that is out of Susan and Ken's control!!! I just have to be honest that it was a negative during our stay. The location next to Schooner's was great. The parking was easy and convenient. The living room and kitchen areas were well equipped. The mattress and pillows in the bedroom are in desperate need of replacing. The bunk area was great and the bath towels were good quality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with a few issues along the way.

    We had a great stay at this home. We had plenty of stores, and dining options within 5 minutes. The first floor was convenient with small children . We did not ride an elevator once during our stay. The patio pool access was awesome, and beach access was easy.The home was clean when we arrived. Susan and Ken were great hosts, were willing to help and prompt to reply.

    Booked this condo last minute and very glad we did! The 1st Floor patio with a locking gate is a game-changer for families with kids! The condo was clean and we had no issues with check in or departure. Susan communicated everything up front and it was an easy process overall. BONUS: Schooners is right next door! It’s an absolute MUST for lunch/dinner!

    My family enjoyed our stay. The first floor was great and the condo had everything we needed including beach toys and chairs. Susan was easy to communicate with. The only aggravation which reflects on the resort and not the host are the armbands that are required which are hard for kids to keep up with due to their small wrist. One of our 10 year olds lost one and they cost to replace. The master bed was so comfortable. I slept so well which is not normal on vacation for me.

    We enjoyed our stay and being on the first floor ground level with access out the sliding door straight to the pool/beach is worth it. Never once stepped in an elevator and parking was super easy. Listing is exactly as stated and I Definitely recommend. Condo to beach chairs in less than 5 minutes makes it easy to go back and forth to carry less.

    Everything was exactly as described and was very well appointed. We liked the location close to the state park and the restaurant Schooners. We had a hiccup in our travel plans leaving us with 2 cars on the premises and were only allowed one. Our host went above and beyond to help us get another parking space on the property and we were so thankful. I would definitely stay here again.

    The condo was very clean and updated with all the essentials. Easy communication with the owner that helped with all our issues like getting an extra parking pass. The condo was conveniently located next to Schooners Restaurant and close to Publix and Winn Dixie. Away from the crowds. Would definitely recommend this condo.
