Stayed Jul 12, 2025The location of the resort was perfect for guest with children. It as lots to do on the property. The suggestion for the room is the hall bathroom needs the inside mechanism replaced, the carpet could be replaced, the temperature was hard to figure out, it was chilly at night in the main bedroom. The second bedroom was hot at night.overall I would recommend the unit.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We booked for our daughter’s World Series. The room was as described. Clean on arrival and we were able to check in early. The front desk worker was not friendly and told us some conflicting information about parking passes and check in but, it was resolved. There were a couple of plumbing issues while we were there and maintenance handled them within an hour. They were very helpful. Couch was a little worn but, it did its job. Lol Beds were comfy, plenty of room for the pack n play for our twins. Great view, very convenient spot with the elevators being as crazy as they are. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great place. I was there during the week of Thanksgiving. The room was clean and in good shape. There carpet in the living room and master bedroom. No big deal, the carpet looked great. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We've stayed in lots of beach rentals all over Florida, but never seen a run-down place like this before. I mean, the unit could use a complete gutted out and beyond. The carpet is disgusting, the beds are very hard to sleep on, the bed sheets were real rough. My 6 and 10 yrs old boys couldn't even sleep on the bunks because how sandy and rough the beds were. So they moved to the sofa. Oh my, that thing looked like it was picked up from some dumpster and if you want to sit on it, you have to make sure you're in the right position. My son felt right thru when he sat on it. Boy, it was a funny scene, we laughed it out but avoided to use it again. Needless to say, we'll not recommend this place to anyone, especially when there's children.

Stayed May 25, 2024Perfect Condo- elevators can be crowded and so we were able to take the stairs!!! Super clean and had everything we needed- will stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969None of the beds were suitable. The king size mattresses in the bedrooms were very thin. The sofa bed was not suitable to sleep on. (Actually the sofa and love seat needs replacing.) The carpet was very dirty. And there wasn't main pots and pans etc. to cook with

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location! Great view(front and back)! Kid friendly! Only thing is the elevator in the facility takes a super long time so a lot of times we found ourselves using the steps thank God we were on the first floor!

Stayed Mar 24, 2024It was clean and nice and a great location but the spring break police presence was a little much!!! Especially when they close the walkway coming back from the beach and we had to walk a half mile out of the way. Otherwise it was amazing!
