Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

    First of all, we absolutely loved the location of this rental and would stay here again. Just a few minor things would have bumped up the rating. The bathroom towels bars are both broken or missing from each bathroom. There was a water leak under the kitchen sink that created some inconvenience. The washing machine did not clean towels/clothing (the agitator barely moved so it essentially just soaked the clothing and spun it). The only other recommendation we would make is adding blackout curtains in both rooms. The hallway lights and outdoor pool lights were very bright, shining into the room through the thin curtains. Also, there were no ceiling lights/fans in the bedrooms. Only bedside lamps so bedrooms were a bit dim if it wasn’t bright outside. Again, all that being said, we would stay here again!

    Check in no text or call from reservations. Mold is painted over. Electric panel not secure hits you in head while coming in door. Bathroom faucet old moldy as nd alot of extra caulking. Wall plugs dont work. Bathroom fan so noisy can hear person talk with no seperate shut off. After booking se d l iui st what to bring to include your own character trash bags and toilet paper. You better Walmart check out 1 to 2 hours just to check out. Maintenance pulls weeds leave trash all over shower area and sit bench cant wash off trashy. Dumpster good luck open only certain hours of day and smell beyond normal smell. Again service not worth cost. Mold is a health issue electric is vfc very unsafe several outlets on outside area uncovered.

    The staff on site at the condo were all very friendly and accommodating. The office staff was wonderful and friendly at check in and check out. The security people were friendly and informative. The locals and those running the festival were all friendly. Very impressed from beginning to end! Would definitely stay there again!

    Kitchen not equipped...we bought & left in condo a spatula & pitcher..no knife to cut watermelon. No baking pans. Floor was not clean. All that said we had a good time & the Islandview West was well run, all staff was professional & helpful. The unit could use some re-doing..kit. Cabinets don't close..paint chipping on walls..black marks on ceiling in living area, coffee table too big & heavy...obstructs way to balcony. Would come to Island V again but would want to stay in other unit
