Stayed Jul 20, 2024Cleanliness was an issue. Very outdated and not ideal for anyone who cannot tolerate 3 flights of stairs. Overall descent and it’s attractive feature was how close it was to the beach!

Stayed Apr 6, 2023This was our first time traveling to the beach as a family. Great experience. We loved how we could walk to the beach great view as well. Convience stores and restaurants where very close by, so if I needed something there they were in 5-10mins drive. Kitchen was well equipped so didn't have to take or buy many things (except for plates and utensils) other than that LOVED IT. Would recommend and come back in the future. Only downside is that laundry you have to pay and dryer weren't working properly.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Overall we had a great stay at this location. It was in close proximity to the beach. The pool was nice. It was a bonus that there is a laundry room available as well.

Stayed May 25, 2023The good- the location couldnt have been better. Just across the street from mirmar beach had us on the beach in no time. Check in and out instructions were clear and the property manager was very resposive when i had questions. The bad - this condo needs some updating. The living room couches are tattered and the walls are pretty beat up. This unit needs a good deep clean in the corners of floors and baseboards and some fresh paint. Just those things would go a long ways.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023Wonderful location for accessing the beach! Within walking distance to several fabulous restaurants and eateries! Our overall rating would have easily been 5 stars had the detail to cleaning been more thorough. With a deep clean, fresh paint and replacing worn/tattered furniture this condo would be fabulous!
