Great spot, super helpful and friendly host!

good communication, easy check in/out, everything is accurate on the listing.We really liked after a full ski day sitting on the west facing deck and have a cold beverage in the warm sun.

The condo was perfectly located - a better ski in / ski out option compared to many other properties. The property was very well stocked - games, extra towels, and everything that we needed in the kitchen. The owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Great stay and great property!

Perfect location for access to the resort! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals at the condo. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time in Steamboat Springs, but found the rental to be a bit “tired”. It was very clean and the location was great, but the sliding screen door barely scraped open and the lack of AC was expected, but a bit of a bummer. We were grateful for the fans provided, but one of those portable AC units would have been nice. The mattress in the bedroom was fine but the pillows were quite flat, as was the mattress on the pullout bed. The kitchen was well stocked but the bathroom could have used a box of kleenex and hand soap that wasn’t watered down. The location was great and we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of town, but still close enough to do things. And far enough to see some wildlife—we saw baby bears and a fox!!

Description of property is spot on. Jem is quick to respond to questions. The condo was stocked nicely, clean, and convenient to activities. We enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and this condo. Steps away from a green run that takes you right down to center village. Enjoyed the hot tub and watching everyone ski down this run in the evening. Great stay, everything was wonderful.

Great fit for a week of skiing and Music at the resort. The property was comfortable, amenities are good, and the ski access was perfect.

This was an amazing place for my boyfriend and I to stay while vacationing in Steamboat. The location is perfect. The place was very cozy and clean. Instructions for the property were easy to follow. And the view of the sunset between the trees was beautiful from the balcony! I highly recommend this VRBO for those staying in Steamboat!

A great comfortable condo. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed. Beautiful views. And a super quiet building. Well maintained and easy in and out. All you could need in Kitchen. Love the tile shower. Steamboat downtown is close. Great restaurants near by. Thank you to Pem for great response as well.

This place is darling and we can't wait to come back. My partner and I stayed here over a long weekend in the summer for a friend's wedding and we were so happy. Even though there is no AC, we would open the patio door at night and just run the fan. Communicating with the host was super easy and we had no issues. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Nicely decorated and comfortable. We stayed during some of the hottest days in the summer. It was a bit warm without air conditioning but the fans were helpful. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Perfect for my husband and I. We walked down to restaurants and live music a few nights just a few minutes walk from the condo. Also close to downtown. The owner had lotion and a magnification mirror which was very appreciated. Loved the electric kettle. We did wash clothes while we were there which was very easy (on the fourth floor). We did use the provided fans on our stay because it was warm and there is no air conditioning. Fortunately the nights were cool so we were comfortable. In the winter I think it would be even more awesome as the gondolas and ski lifts are literally right out the door. There is also a communal hot tub which we didn’t have time to use.
