Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor of both buildings for guest use.

​​​​​​​Please Note : We're continuing our efforts to maintain and improve the property with enhancements taking place at Building 2 from May 4th through end of June 2026. During this time Building 2 is closed. Work will be conducted Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to approximately 3:30 PM.

Guests in Building 1 and around the pool area should experience minimal impact, though occasional daytime renovation noise may be heard. For safety, some areas of the grounds may be temporarily restricted while work is underway.

    Our unit seemed almost brand new and was clean, well appointed , comfortable and convenient to everything we always love about Sanibel Island. Bike path, beach, restaurant, ice cream and more were within walking distance. Staff was present and helpful but never in your face. Hurricane Ian was cruel in 2022 and all but destroyed the place but it also let the facility get completely re-invented. Pool seemed small but pretty. We prefer the nearby uncrowded and lovely beach we could easily walk to. We will be back.
