    Communication was great with the owner however communication was horrible with the resort. I was told both of my ski lifts and both of my ski rentals would be charged to my card when in fact they weren’t. So we missed the entire reason we went out there, which was to ski and the response we got was “we’re sorry”.... after I have a voice mail stating that the rentals for our lift and skis were paid for. After all the money spent you think they would help you out in some way.
