Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor of both buildings for guest use.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Please Note : We're continuing our efforts to maintain and improve the property with enhancements taking place at Building 2 from May 4th through end of June 2026. During this time Building 2 is closed. Work will be conducted Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to approximately 3:30 PM.

Guests in Building 1 and around the pool area should experience minimal impact, though occasional daytime renovation noise may be heard. For safety, some areas of the grounds may be temporarily restricted while work is underway.

    Clean, convenient, and comfortable….its not high end which is what the price conveys but its was ok for a few nights

    We enjoyed our first time stay at Sanibel Island last week. The location was amazing, the room itself was nice as it was very recently redone. Minor issues: there was a cold front that hit and we weren't able to use our heater until the maintenance guy came and set it up for us so had a veeeeery frigid first night sleeping there until this was resolved the next day. Also was told the heated pool would be ready after Christmas 2025 and this was not the case. Was closed our entire 6 night stay. Very sad. Especially since water isn't warm enough at the beach to swim so never got to wear my swimsuit ? Paper thin walls and could hear our neighbors tv and conversations way too easily. Other than that, lovely and felt the price was fair for what we got. Would stay again, hoping for better communication from the Inn on what to expect next time.

    The space was in great condition, everything seemed to be newly remodeled. Comfortable bed, nice location.
