Ideally located near Sanibel's beautiful beaches, scenic bikepaths, charming cafés, local restaurants, and unique island shops, you'll have easy access to all the island has to offer while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable place to call home. Spend your days taking leisurely walks along the shoreline, collecting seashells, exploring nature preserves, or simply soaking in the warm Florida sunshine.

Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming space designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The spacious living area invites you to slow down and settle in, whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee, reading a good book, watching a favorite movie, or spending quality time with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare leisurely breakfasts, light lunches, or relaxing dinners after a day of exploring.

The primary bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary with a plush king-size bed, creating the perfect place to rest and recharge. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor of both buildings for guest use.

​​​​​​​Please Note : We're continuing our efforts to maintain and improve the property with enhancements taking place at Building 2 from May 4th through end of June 2026. During this time Building 2 is closed. Work will be conducted Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to approximately 3:30 PM.

Guests in Building 1 and around the pool area should experience minimal impact, though occasional daytime renovation noise may be heard. For safety, some areas of the grounds may be temporarily restricted while work is underway.
